Caillou’s Wife

Caillou’s Wife

Once upon time, in a little village called Callús there was a boy called Caillou. He was bald and everybody laughed at him. He always wore a cap and colourful striped socks because he wanted people to look at his socks and not as his bald head. One day, he went to Manresa to buy a wig for his head. He was looking at wigs but he couldn’t decide which one to buy. He saw wigs with curly hair, straight hair… He asked the shop assistant to help him to choose a wig. The assistant’s name was Flourindta and she said…
– You are so handsome without a wig.-
– You’re a beautiful woman- said Caillou.
It was love at first sight!
-Will you marry me?-said Caillou
Before she could answer, the shop manager came and said…
– You are fired!-
-Why??!- ask Flourindta.
-Because you didn’t sell him a wig!!!-

So Caillou and Flourindta left the shop together. They got married and they lived happy ever after.
